• Our service department is known for their reliability and experience.

• Our techs have over 50 years of experience.
• We can accomodate same day service with an appointment, setup by phone.
• Same day/expedited service appointments do have an additional $50.00 fee.
• We can fix most any brand of sewing or embroidery machine. As of April 14, 2025 we no longer work on Bernina branded machines.
• We also service vacuum cleaners of most any make and model, except Shark and rechargeable models.
• We have full-time techs available to assist you with any sewing machine or vacuum service questions.
• All service charges are under warranty for three months with the exception of multi-needle, industrial machines and vacuums. Those items have a service warranty of 30 days.
• Always bring your embroidery unit with your embroidery machine for repair.
